Absolutely! No prior experience is needed. Many clients start their journey without any background in coaching or facilitation. Together, we’ll begin wherever you are right now, and I’ll guide you step-by-step.​

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients find a single session gives them the clarity they need, while others prefer ongoing support over several weeks or months. Together, we can determine the pace and duration that feels best for you.

7. What happens during a typical session?
 

Whether you choose coaching or facilitation, every session is uniquely designed to support you. Since each person’s path is different, no two sessions are exactly the same. To help you decide if this approach is right for you, I offer a complimentary first session. Trust your instincts—if it feels like the right fit, you can take that first step and schedule your free session with Petal.

8. How can I prepare for my first session?

There’s no need to do anything special. Simply come as you are, with an open mind and heart. If you have specific challenges or intentions you’d like to explore, feel free to think about them beforehand. Otherwise, I’ll help you identify the focus of our work once we begin.

9. Do you offer ongoing support after the initial sessions?

Yes, I offer continued sessions for those who wish to maintain their progress or dive deeper into new areas of growth. My approach is flexible, so we can design ongoing support that fits your personal journey and evolving needs.

10. Is there a cancellation policy I should be aware of?

Yes, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to someone else who may need it. 11. How soon can I book my first session?

It depends on current availability, but I always strive to find a time that works for you. If you’d like to get started, you can reach out today, and we’ll find the earliest possible time to begin.

12. How is payment handled for sessions?
 

All payments are tailored to your unique package and are processed in Canadian funds. I offer flexible arrangements, so you can find a plan that works best for you.

13. What Are Your Payment Options?

All payments are processed in CAD (Canadian dollars). People worldwide can pay with any major credit card. If you’re in Canada, you also have the option to pay via e-transfer for added convenience.
